10 Ups & 1 Down From AEW Dynamite (Sep 30)

Downs...

1. Billy B*llocks

Miro Billy Mitchell
AEW

Cult gaming uber-heel Billy Mitchell (of King of Kong) showed up in Miro and Kip Sabian's latest mess-around segment, likely popping those who caught the easter egg, though this was a meek offering from the groom-to-be and AEW's 'Best Man.'

Sabian briefed Miro on how to plan the bachelor party, dropping a weak blue balls gag. They threw axes, Miro made calls, and they closed after playing games at the arcade, with Mitchell claiming he knew people who could help Miro if he wanted to do something crazy. That was it.

The payoff will be fine, and Miro is still going to truck Sabian and likely ruin his wedding to Penelope Ford, but there weren't enough teases of that from this segment. Rather than looking like a coiled spring ready to pop, Miro came off too light. It's not a major problem, as the segment wasn't substantial enough to make a big deal out of, though there needs to be more of a balance between the badass and ha-ha gamer guy.
