14 Most Influential Wrestlers In WWE History

7. The Undertaker

For sheer longevity and example set, The Undertaker has been a huge influence on the WWE. He became the locker room leader in the mid 90's, with the other wrestlers looking up to him for the example he set. In this role, he was a union man of sort, ensuring that Vince McMahon didn't unfairly treat the boys. Every company needs a person on the factory floor who holds the management to account, and The Undertaker was absolutely that guy, as witnessed when he confronted Vince McMahon backstage after the Montreal screwjob. The Undertaker's leadership role also extends to how the locker room conducts themselves. He enforces a code of conduct and teaches the wrestlers what the right WWE way to behave is. This influence has been vitally important in the last two decades, particularly in challenging times like the Monday Night War. His longevity on screen has meant that he's influenced fans in three different decades.
