Last night's IMPACT Wrestling had plenty of ground to cover.

Sami Callihan had been fired, leaving a cliffhanger to end Against All Odds on. What came next? That was the big talking point to create buzz for last night's broadcast, and voila, it worked massively. People are talking about IMPACT in a positive light, the same company that was easily going to fizzle out just a few years ago.

You need to create more buzz to keep it going. That's why you end last night on a cliffhanger, too, with Don Callis getting cut from his EVP role. 'The Invisible Hand' claims this isn't the end. There you go; a thought-provoking conclusion to lead directly into next week.

Elsewhere, Josh Alexander had a cracking bout vs. Madman Fulton, as did TJP with Black Taurus. Chris Sabin returned after a month on the shelf at the hands of Moose, leaving with a Slammiversary match vs. 'The Wrestling God. Speaking of Slammiversary, the teasers for the 17 July pay-per-view officially began here, with a trash bag belonging to 'Mickie' found by Kiera Hogan. Steve Maclin's in-ring debut saw him demolish recent AEW Dark: Elevation star, Jason Page. Oh, and Shera reunited with Rohit Raju. Again.

Let's get to it...
