The biggest Punk legacy has to be his all round status as a performer. Everyone in WWE had to raise their game because of Punk, the star was so astute on both the microphone and in-ring wrestling that it meant the bar of what a main eventer is was significantly raised. Guys like Miz just won't cut it in the main event role any more, Punk has set the standard now and everyone in WWE is having to do better on the mic and in the ring. Luckily for WWE, there are guys stepping up. Daniel Bryan has taken Punk's spot with much of the same blend of elite wrestling mixed with charisma. All through the roster you can see a wrestling style that was directly to indirectly inspired from Punk. Just take a look at the Shield for example, that style of wrestling is far more CM Punk than it is John Cena. We will see Punk's legacies for years to come. Daniel Bryan in particular is carrying on from where he left off, but looking back we can enjoy Punk's legacy right now. Re-watch the Pipe Bomb promo. Re-watch Punk's match with Cena or any other of his epic WWE contests. These are the kind of things we see all too rarely in wrestling, and as such, Punk's highlights will be immortalised in the history of WWE - enjoyable times we watched on as fans and truly loved the pro wrestling product. Summing up his legacy in one line I'll say this - CM Punk is one of the greatest WWE wrestlers of all time.
