Ex-WWE Star Reveals He Was ALMOST Aligned With Bray Wyatt

This former WWE star was almost Bray Wyatt's new disciple before Triple H shut it down.

Former WWE man Viktor was almost part of The Wyatt Family.

During an interview with Wrestling Inc's Daily podcast, the ex-tag-team star revealed that he was in contention to become one of Bray Wyatt's main disciples before Triple H shut the idea down. 'The Game' took advice from WWE staff members like Norman Smiley and Billy Kidman, then stuck Vik in The Ascension instead.

This all happened during an uncertain time in Viktor's run; he'd been injured during a triple threat match with Seth Rollins and Leo Kruger (the future Adam Rose) on an NXT card in Tampa, and he wasn't sure how long he'd be out.

That's when WWE creative began pondering his place on the roster. Some believed he'd be ideal for Wyatt's clan, but Triple H thought differently. Nobody behind the scenes was going to fight back on that, but Viktor does wonder what it would've been like to work with Bray.

It's unclear whether or not Erick Rowan and Luke Harper (the late Brodie Lee) would've remained part of things too, or if Viktor was set to replace one of those guys. He didn't go into details on that.
