'Alright, you do a 1080 twisting frog splash next'...

Chris Jericho revealed on the latest episode of his 'Talk Is Jericho' podcast that AEW's roster engage in 'Can You Top This?' competitions before filming Dynamite.

The former AEW World Champ paused mid-way through his excellent interview with Matt Hardy to describe his surprise when he saw some of the promotion's younger roster members performing high-risk moves to pop themselves.

This was happening long before the company began shooting behind closed doors.

Jericho and Hardy were talking about how every worker has a 'bump count' that ticks down over the course of their careers. As they've grown older, the veterans have started to respect their bodies more and refuse to put it through hell for no good reason.

QT Marshall and a few others, meanwhile, are full of p*ss and vinegar, and they have a blast daring one another to top the prior move. They're bonding, which isn't exactly a bad thing, but Jericho admitted he couldn't believe what he was seeing.

The guys weren't preparing for their matches later that night or really training. They were just...bumping for the sake of it.

CUT IT OUT, MAAAAAAN!
