Is his time now?
John Cena has sent the wrestling community into meltdown once again on the back of his most recent Instagram post.
Anyone who follows the multiple time WWE World Champion on the social media platform will know full well just how cryptic and hard to follow Cena's posts can be. This also isn't helped by the fact that the now-Hollywood superstar refuses to caption the posts, leaving said images open to interpretation for his 15 million followers.
So, when Super Cena opted to throw a WWE logo onto his account yesterday, it understandably left many a wrestling fan pondering whether we would see the future Hall of Famer in a WWE ring again some time soon.
At this moment in time, Cena is shooting in Vancouver for the upcoming Peacemaker spin-off series from James Gunn's The Suicide Squad feature. If reports are to be believed, Cena should be all finished up on that shoot by June, which opens the door for a potential SummerSlam return for The Leader of the Cenation.
In recent times, NXT Champion Karrion Kross appears to have set his sights on the Face that Runs the Place, teasing a showdown with Cena in a recent BT Sport interview by claiming it "would be awesome" to work with the legend on a really big stage soon.
