As if further proof was needed, Jon Moxley has solidified himself as one of pro-wrestling's good guys by donated €1,000 to Irish indie group OTT in the wake over their Scrappermania 6 event's cancellation.

OTT announced that the ongoing coronavirus crisis had forced them to bin what is traditionally their biggest event of the year. It was set to go down in Dublin, Ireland this Saturday night, with Moxley meeting David Starr in the main event.

The promotion quickly started a GoFundMe to cover to lost revenue in the aftermath. As pointed out by Twitter user @burtmacklin316, Moxley, donating under his real name (Jonathan Good), was quick to throw €1,000 at the cause:-

The AEW World Champion changed it to an anonymous donation shortly afterwards, but still. A lovely gesture from Moxley.

The OTT GoFundMe had raised €5,523 of a €6,000 goal at the time of writing. They won't be the first indie group to feel the sting as the outbreak brings big social events to a standstill, and German promotion wXw has already announced that their Tampa event set for WrestleMania weekend won't be able to go ahead as a result of the Europe/US travel ban.
