The Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer is today reporting that current WWE Raw Women's Champion Sasha Banks has been hitting the gym hard in order to pack on some muscle mass, with the idea that it will increase her resiliency.

The Observer explained that this is directly related to Banks' upcoming Hell In A Cell match with Charlotte on October 30th. WWE want to make sure that their first ever women's HIAC match is a memorable one, and this likely means bigger, riskier spots than fans would normally expect from the division.

Mick Foley posted a Facebook update on Tuesday suggesting that the women would main event the PPV, which would've heaped further pressure on the duo to over-perform. He has since retracted this statement.

Sasha has had her share of injury problems since joining WWE's main roster, with the most recent coming while wrestling Charlotte at SummerSlam. It has previously been speculated that Vince McMahon feels Banks is injury prone, even going so far as to compare her to Daniel Bryan. If this is the case, then Sasha's new training regime should be a step in the right direction.
