Ric Flair wants to wrestle Sting one more time, and he wants to do it in All Elite Wrestling.
The 72 year old told Renee Paquette's 'Oral Sessions' podcast that he'd love to team with Andrade El Idolo against the Stinger and Darby Allin under Tony Khan's watch. Flair is under no illusions about working lengthy one-on-one bouts, but he told Renee that he could probably still handle a tag if his in-ring minutes were kept to a minimum.
Ric also said that he'd definitely "ask Vince McMahon first" before leaping into anything - he doesn't think the WWE boss would stand in his way though. It's not like McMahon is tripping over himself to book the 'Nature Boy' for TV matches, after all.
Flair likes the thought of teaming up with Andrade, putting over the future (El Idolo and Allin) and mixing it on TNT one last time with his old pal Sting. It's likely countless fans will be against this idea, especially given Ric's age and health issues over the past few years.
Would YOU like to see this tag match? Or, do you think AEW should avoid it like the plague?
