MAIN EVENT - Bobby Roode Vs. Austin Aries

http://youtu.be/ZD_9XBYmPUQ On this night of great wrestling action, we come to the final contest between the new Tag Team Champions, Bobby Roode and Austin Aries. Instead of going straight into the action, Roode and Aries grab a microphone and state that they are still planning to take every single championship in TNA and bringing the prestige back to every one of those belts. Both say that they know what will be best for business, and have a plan to complete this match to that principle. The bell rings, and Roode and Aries meet in the middle of the ring, and both poke the other in the shoulder, expecting the other to fall down and take the dive. But neither do, and Aries takes the mic again and says that he'll be the bigger man (figuratively rather than literally) and lay down for Roode. But instead of take the pin, Aries roll Roode up quickly, who kicks out, and after the next advert the action gets underway. Both men lock-up, and after some constant shouts across the ring about who the real best in the business is, the mat-based wrestling gets going. During pinfalls, both men try to take the shortcuts to get the quick victory, like putting their feet on the ropes or grabbing the tights. Then the fists get flying, as combat commences and the combat between the champions is pretty even throughout most of the match. Words really can't do justice to how good both superstars are in every aspect of wrestling, and the amount of trust both have in each others ability was very well evidenced by Roode holding Aries in a Super-plex position for a few seconds before A-Double was able to counter and knock the It Factor to the canvas. http://youtu.be/YhgxueZ7QPA After rolling through an attempted 450-splash, Aries produces a fantastic counter to an attempted spear by Roode into the Last Chancery submission hold. Roode breaks it by raking the eyes, before locking his tag-team partner into the Crossface, which is countered into a pinning predicament. When the referee is accidentally knocked down during a constant reversal session in the ring, Roode's first instinct is to go to the outside to grab a steel chair. Instead of employing the weapon to attack Aries, Roode hits the ground, pushes the chair towards his opponent and falls to the floor. However, before the referee can see this and diqualify Aries, Aries does the same exact process, which leaves the referee confused as to what happened. As both try to hilariously convince the referee that the other hit them with the steel chair, the former Tag Team Champions Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez make their way to ringside. As Roode and Aries go outside in order to confront this interruption to their argument in the ring, the referee counts both men out, leaving both of the champions unhappy and will probably result in a Tag Team Championship match at Lockdown. WINNER: DOUBLE COUNT-OUT
