With Bryan Danielson expected to arrive in AEW as early as next weekend, Tony Khan has revealed how AEW is due to make "multiple additions" over the next four to six months.

Speaking during an appearance on Wrestling Observer Radio, Khan proclaimed:

"I'm definitely going to make multiple additions over the next four to six months. I think there'll be some activity in the near future. I can't specify exactly what it is, and I don't think anybody would really want me to; just like nobody would have wanted any combination of anything going into The First Dance of what it was or how it was going to come off. But I definitely will be active and have been signing people from Day 1 in this company. Recruiting talent is key to any wrestling company."

When specifically asked about the possibility of Bryan Danielson becoming #AllElite, a coy Khan said how that was a fair question to ask, that Bryan is one of the all-time greats, but that he can't answer that question. Of course, this is a similar response given by the AEW CEO when he was previously asked this same question about a certain CM Punk.

Regarded the American Dragon, the belief was that Danielson would be debuting for AEW at the company's huge Arthur Ashe Stadium show on 22 September. The past few days have instead seen reports that D-Bry will appear at next Sunday's All Out PPV, with COVID-19 concerns meaning that Bryan's AEW bow is being brought forward.

Other notable free agents out there right now range from Bray Wyatt, to Ruby Riott, to Buddy Murphy, to Braun Strowman, to the IIconics, to Mercedes Martinez - and then there's also the ongoing situation with Adam Cole, who is now also believed to be a free agent after his NXT contract expired on Friday.
