Vince McMahon's 15 Most Epic Promos

5. Vince McMahon Announces That He's Bringing In The nWo (2002)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5SgALuf4FI So, Vince McMahon feels threatened by co-WWF owner Ric Flair usurping his authority. How threatened does he feel after Flair busts him open leading into their streetfight at Royal Rumble 2002? Threatened enough by Ric Flair to "inject a lethal dose of poison" into the WWF in the personage of Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, the New World Order. Mixing the not-so-kayfabed notion that the nWo's backstage politics killed WCW, McMahon blends that with a tremendous bit of method acting as pro wrestling owner-turned-Robert Deniro as "Travis Bickle" in Taxi Driver to drive the point home. Not just a great promo, but possibly McMahon's best acting job ever in his time as an on-camera performer in the company.
