WWE Executive Producer Kevin Dunn Sells More Than $1 Million Of Stock
Kevin Dunn recently sold 30,000 shares of WWE stock.
As revealed in a new SEC filing by WWE, Executive Producer & Chief of Global Television Distribution Kevin Dunn sold 30,000 shares of Class A Common Stock earlier this week.
These 30,000 shares, which were sold on Thursday, December 3, were priced at around $44.79 each. This means Dunn was able to make $1,343,700 in selling them.
It was reported earlier this year that Dunn had sold another 33,000 shares of WWE stock, with that particular April 29 sale being worth around $1,500,180. On top of this, Dunn also sold a further 21,809 shares on July 22, taking home around $1,008,884. On that occasion, Dunn was also joined by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and other executives also cashing in on their shares.
While Dunn has already sold a whopping 84,809 shares for a grand total of almost $4 million, the Executive Producer still has 73,811 shares of WWE stock remaining.
Will the likes of Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and Paul "Triple H" Levesque also look to cash in on more of their WWE stock before 2020 reaches its conclusion?
