4. The Undertaker and CM Punk Program Falters
While it was initially a good idea to use the Paul Bearer tragedy to kick off the Undertaker/Punk Wrestlemania confrontation last week, continuing on down that path this week has proven to be a huge misstep. This was furthered by the fact that the two men did not meet face to face in the ring, but were rather separated by the misuse of the TitanTron. Their would-be epic program now feels lost in a cliche of "let's fight for this Urn" instead of where they would actually excel: in the realm of finding out who is the best in the world. WWE must really step it up next week and refocus this program, and we can only hope that they drop the urn gimmick and focus on the run to NY/NJ; this program is now in danger of becoming a side show farce, and it is, as of now, nowhere near the great confrontation we have all hoped for.
