WWE's Original Plans For Money In The Bank 2020 Revealed

The Wrestling Observer has reported that WWE originally planned to book Becky Lynch vs. Nia Jax for the Raw Women's Title at Money In The Bank 2020.
Lynch would've retained the belt and then slid back into a familiar feud against Shayna Baszler; according to Dave Meltzer, she was the one initially logged to win the women's side of the briefcase brawl and then rival Bex all summer.
Plans changed, and WWE went with Asuka as MITB winner and then had Lynch reveal that she'd actually won the Raw Women's Title too. Then, Becky announced she was pregnant and the pair embraced. That could be the moment that turns Asuka babyface and lets her feud with either Baszler or Jax instead.
Most fans would likely lean towards the former. Asuka vs. Shayna sounds like the kind of smash mouth women's situation that could drag Raw's division back to the glory days it experienced when Lynch was at her best as 'The Man'.
It remains to be seen whether or not Jax can have the kind of bouts that justify her lofty position whenever she's around. Who would you rather see challenge Asuka - Nia or Shayna?
