15 Best Things The Internet Has Done With Superman

He's invulnerable, right? He can take a little Photoshopping.

Superman may not have much reason to like the Internet, what with its use essentially demoting him from a salaried employer at a great metropolitan newspaper to an entrepreneur at a struggling startup. But it likes him just fine. It€™s been following him for twenty years€”there was a Superman section in the prehistoric days of Yahoo and one of the entries on this list has been around nearly as long as that. It€™s seen him through more animated DVD movies than anyone cares to count, two new major Hollywood movies, two live-action TV series, two cartoon series, and at least three comics reboots (Zero Hour, Flashpoint, Convergence and maybe there€™s been another one since last week, it€™s getting tough to keep track). As we€™ve done a couple of times before, we€™ve scoured the Web to bring you the best it has to offer€”the desktop icons, computer animation projects, €œexploitable€ visual memes, video collages, video edits, fan film projects, visual analyses, fan comics, supercuts and at least one full-fledged site devoted to nothing but Superman, though that one may qualify as a member of the Superman Revenge Squad. When no one was looking, we found fifteen things. We found 15 things. That€™s as many as three fives. And that€™s pretty neat.
