Harry Potter isn't just a franchise, it's a way of life. It has captured the hearts of children and adults alike and J.K.Rowling has blessed everyone with this extraordinary wizarding world. Is there anybody who doesn't know about Harry Potter? But more importantly, are there actually people out there who dislike it? Of course not. Not reasonable people anyway. Harry Potter fans are probably one of the most loving, compassionate and intelligent fan bases around with new theories appearing online almost daily despite the franchise ending a long, long time ago. They've let Harry Potter into their hearts and if you're lucky, they'll let you in too and it'll feel like magic. So don't think of their HP adorned bookcases and room decorations as childish, they only have their house colours hanging up because they're proud of it - even if they did get sorted into Slytherin. Chances are, Harry Potter locations are going to be higher on the travel list than some random place that just has a beach and no history like Hogwarts. Why would you waste precious holiday time sitting next to a pool doing nothing when you could be exploring Diagon Alley in Florida? It just makes no sense. Of course, there are cheaper options if you're based in the UK as getting to Florida can be quite expensive, so even if you have to 'settle' for Alnwick Castle or King's Cross Station, your other half will still be pretty happy with those options.
