Before more recent pop culture juggernauts that seized the public consciousness like Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, or Game of Thrones, there was LOST. After debuting in September of 2014, the show became quite a sensation, the type of series your family, friends, and coworkers would talk about the next day in an attempt to sort out what was in the hatch or why there were polar bears on a tropical island.

After six seasons, the show concluded in 2010, with many of its stars - from main cast to recurring figures to the occasional one-off - going to interesting new places with their careers. One of those places, of course, is the cultural colossus that is the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Across 23 films to date and a whole roster of television shows, many LOST alumni have turned up in roles both major and minor over the years since the series ended.

With so many projects under the franchise's belt, let's take a spoiler-filled look over the entirety of the MCU and see if you can remember when these familiar faces turned up...

On Lost: For all six years of the show's run, Lilly portrayed fugitive Kate Austen, a major lead role which turned her into a household name overnight.

In the MCU: Lilly entered the franchise by playing Hope van Dyne in 2015's Ant-Man, and her character has since officially taken up the mantle of the Wasp in that film's 2018 sequel, made a brief return for Avengers: Endgame earlier this year, and will turn up again in the third Ant-Man film.
