The Hobbit isn't the only movie that New Line are planning to give us over the next couple fo years. Next Decemeber, they will release The Golden Compass, their biggest budget movie since the epic Lord of the Rings trilogy and is the first of three planned movies based on Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials series. Casino Royale star Eva Green stars in the movie and spoke this weekend in the French magazine Studio, claiming that Eric Bana, Kevin Bacon and John Hurt have all signed on to star in the fantasy epic. If true, they will join Daniel Craig, Nicole Kidman, Dakota Blue Richards and Sam Elliott in what is a very impressive looking cast.
