Captain America: Civil War is not Marvel Civil War. The two arcs might have the same name and a genetic similarity that sees Captain America lead a team in conflict with Iron Man's ensemble, but the current state of the MCU means a pure adaptation is simply impossible. Not only is a single film too small a frame for the epic-scale event, but rights issues have robbed fans of the possibility of a cross-over with Fantastic Four and X-Men (which was key) and limited the usage of Spider-Man. Plus creative decisions have already been made that make certain elements improbably at best. Fundamentally, it would appear that Captain America: Civil War will only loosely use the source material, trimming away some of the arc's most infamous and iconic moments in favour of a more stream-lined, less grand version that may delight movie fans, but will immediately attract cynicism and outrage from comic arc fans. And even at this stage, it's possible to predict exactly which elements they will be bitching about when the film lands.. (Inevitable spoiler discussion incoming!)
11. The Iron Spider
In the comics, Spider-Man is given a swanky new tech-suit upgrade by Tony Stark (which he uses to assess Spidey's powers in case he needs to control him). But unfortunately for fans, the impact of that suit relies entirely on how different it is to the established suit, which nobody in the MCU has even seen yet. To have it in the film would be gilding the lily in the most unnecessary way. The Alternative Well, it would appear that most heroes will have been given upgrades for the fight: Black Widow will apparently have her batons teased in Age Of Ultron, War Machine is set for a massive tech upgrade, Hawkeye's got a new suit and Falcon has his new pet drone. Sadly, none of them will be as cool as the Iron Spider. But at least rumour has it that Stark will develop Spider-Man's web-shooters...
