Every Movie That Received An F CinemaScore Ranked From Worst To Best

If you're not aware of the CinemaScore movie rating system, it is a poll conducted for almost every major Hollywood movie on the opening night of its release, used to determine the popular response to a film, which is typically a strong indicator of how it will fare at the box office.

An A+ rating, for instance, will almost always mean commercial success, with the likes of E.T., Die Hard, Terminator 2, Forrest Gump, The Avengers and Black Panther being among the films to earn the illustrious rating.

On the other end of the spectrum, then, you have the F rating, a sign of overwhelming mainstream disapproval which has been awarded to just 19 films in the 39 years since its inception (compared to the 77 films given an A+).

An F rating doesn't strictly mean a movie is bad or even received negative reviews, but simply that more casual filmgoers, who account for most of those precious box office bucks, didn't respond to it.

So, let's separate the wheat from the chaff and figure out just how many of those F grades were actually deserved...
