Ghostbusters: Afterlife Trailer - Bustin' Is Back In 2020
'Bustin' bout to feel good again.
Ghostbusters fandom love has always been a little big bigger than the products we get to enjoy, for the most part. The original movie was obviously world-changing and wonderful, but then the sequel was a step down, the animations were good but never great and only one video game was ever any good. And then there was the somewhat misguided remake/sequel that confused the timeline and pissed off way too many of the fans before it even came out for it to get a fair crack of the whip.
And yet still, there is huge appetite for the brand to continue and now that Jason Reitman is in charge of it (with his father producing) and the entire veteran cast is back - with the addition of a new cast headed up by the impenetrable charm of Paul Rudd - it feels like this could be the one.
On the back of a first look and a poster, we've now for the first trailer for the 2020 film and it looks great.

It's brave not to lean too heavily on the past, but the nostalgia in here is hard to avoid and it definitely feels like a compelling story.
