With Andy Muschietti's The Flash on the way next year, one of the main talking points of the movie is the return to the famed cape 'n' cowl of Michael Keaton. And now, fan sculptor and propmaker ReevzFX has taken to Twitter to show what the 70-year-old Keaton may look like in his Batman return.

Phenomenally detailed, this sculpt places the actor back in the Batsuit he wore for Tim Burton's Batman and Batman Returns back in 1989 and 1992, respectively.

Of course, whether Keaton dons the exact same style of suit from his previous Batman outings remains to be seen, although a brief glimpse of the back of his Caped Crusader was viewed in The Flash's first trailer - and said Batsuit did seem to look extremely similar to this classic costume.

Currently set to speed to the silver screen on 4 November 2022, The Flash will pull inspiration from the Flashpoint comic book story which sees Barry Allen change the entire present-day landscape after going back in time to prevent his mother's death.

In Muschietti's movie, Ezra Miller's Sultan of Speed will encounter both the Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck versions of Batman, with the Scarlet Speedster seeking the assistance of Keaton's Dark Knight to help with the consequences caused by him travelling back to save his mom Nora.
