"I have a bad feeling about this!" FANBOYS trailer makes me wish it was 1998 again

Oh come on, is this not the greatest looking film of all time? We all remember our excitement in 1998, just a year after the remastered versions of STAR WARS had played on our cinema screens as we kept hearing that George Lucas was working on the series once again. STAR WARS EPISODE I: THE PHANTOM MENACE, I always loved the title. I kind of still do because of the imagery of wonder it always leaves me with. When I hear the title, my mind still wanders off to anticipating a movie that had limitless possibilites. Man to be back in 1998 again. I would go back. To see Darth Maul for the first time. This movie is a love letter to that feeling we all had in that very special year.... CLICK HERE TO SEE THE TRAILERJay Baruchel, Dan Fogler, Sam Huntington, Chris Marquette and Kristen Bell star as a group of Jedi geeks who attempt to break into the Skywalker Ranch months before the release of THE PHANTOM MENACE to see an early print of the film. The trailer makes no mention of the cancer storyline (one of them is dying and doesn't think he will make it to the theatrical release date to see the film) which after much protest from the online community, was placed back into the film after the Weinsteins cut it for a more comical and light hearted fair. The William Shatner cameo just looks delicious. I also love how they announce who is in the movie. Carrie Fisher and Billy Dee Williams are billed as Princess Leia and Lando Calrissian. And starring "That guy from THE OFFICE" and "That guy from DIE HARD 4" (being Kevin Smith). Sure, the acting and direction look extremely hammy. But the general feeling is fun, the gags are good and just the plain nostalgia factor works for me. The movie, finally, opens February 13th (U.S.) but probably won't make a U.K. release.
