Jon Avnet is set to adapt the Italian best selling book "I Kill" into a feature film. The serial killer movie which Avnet has also penned is set to begin filming next year and is described as being a tale, "in which the killer always calls a radio deejay to request a song in theme with his next slaying". Avnet has just completed his work on the 24 inspired Al Pacino thriller 88 Minutes, his first feature film in ten years. When I think of a serial killer murdering to the sound of music, I can only think of American Psycho.
