Keira sings in THE EDGE OF LOVE and you know, it ain't half bad!
You know in High Fidelity when the ultimate music snobs of John Cusack, Jack Black and Todd Luiso have to painfully admit to themselves that the punk annoying kids who stole records from them... actually have some musical talent? That's kind of what happened to me here when I stumbled across a clip which the press are desperate to tell us is Keira Knightley herself singing in the upcoming WW-II drama The Edge of Love.

Although it doesn't sound much like her voice, it does appear that she can sing. Maybe she should have been the one bringing out the album and not Scarlett Johansson, though her voice doesn't stay steady does it? Here's her signing "Blue Tahitian Moon" and two other renditions of Irving Berlin's "Maybe It's Because I Love You Too Much" and "Drifting And Dreaming" feature in the film too... Knightley says...

"I can't really sing... I had to have a few lessons, but once I started doing it, a sound emerged that wasn't too disagreeable!"
