Forbes Magazine has announced that Kristen Stewart is the highest paid actress in Hollywood, racking in $34.5 million in the past year. I can never decide what I think about the Californian born actress. I have a distaste for Twilight that is shared by countless others and thought she was rather underwhelming in Snow White and The Huntsmen. On the other hand I actually thought she was rather good in Adventureland and Into The Wild. Im also very interested to see how she handles her role in the upcoming film adaptation of Jack Kerouacs classic On The Road. Looking back over her Filmography, I couldn't help but feel disappointed that she is indeed the highest paid actress. It seems that bagging yourself a role in a blockbuster franchise is just about all it these days. The fact that she earned almost double that of Charlize Theron in the past year just goes to show that the amount of talent you possess doesn't necessarily reflect what you earn. Furthermore it seems that you dont even need to get much screen time to make the list if you are part of the worlds most famous couple Brangelina, despite only a voice credit to her name in 2011 she has still come in at #4. Endorsements because of who she is rather than the acting seems to be bringing in the simoleons this year. Here's the full Forbes list;
