Lohan, Dawson and Tatum are Poor Things

Lindsay Lohan, Rosario Dawson and Channing Tatum have all signed up for Ash Baron Cohen's comedy Poor Things. They join screen veterans Shirely MacClaine and Olympia Dukakis.
Trent Haaga's script was inspired by real news events and crime scandals surrounding recent arrests and convictions of elderly women for various "grandma gang" exploits, which have included scams and cons involving drug sales, insurance fraud and murder.
This is shaping up to be a fun movie. MacClaine still has her comedy timing and the idea of a "grandma gang" getting into all sorts of trouble has the potential for some great laughs. Shooting is set to begin next week for the production company Still Rolling says Variety.
