As promised, after its debut at CinemaCon, the second trailer for Marvel's Spider-Man: Homecoming has just been released, showcasing more of Michael Keaton's Vulture and dealing with Peter Parker's struggles as a fledgling superhero.

The trailer - which starts slowly but boasts several eye-catching set-pieces and great dynamics between Parker and his friends, Tony Stark and the Vulture - is another great one from the Marvel marketing machine.

Unsurprisingly there's a lot of Tony Stark (got to get the most out of your Robert Downey Jr dollars), with him not only representing an Avengers mentor to Spidey but also a sort of Jimminy Cricket-style conscience. By the look of it, he will help sell the "with great power..." shtick once more by rebalancing Peter Parker's focus on the kind of hero he should be, while also patronising him horribly.

Cue the inevitable final act where Spidey has to save Iron Man from Vulture's personal vengeance plot - including a sequence that sees Keaton's ferocious villain unmasking Spidey.

And of course Captain America would be used in schools to help encourage physical exercise. It's like his second calling.

It all looks very exciting - particularly in terms of the tone they've captured - and there's a lot of reasons to be excited for the return of Spider-Man to the MCU.
