Star Wars: Rogue One Trailer Breakdown - 34 Things You Need To See

It's as if millions of Star Wars fans cried out in joy. And were unable to be silenced. Something incredible's just happened.
Yes, a new Rogue One trailer's dropped, much to the delight of anyone with a pulse. Bigger than the previous teaser (and offering more new footage than the exclusive one played at Star Wars Celebration), it only ups to ante for 2016's most anticipated movie.
Interestingly, the biggest thing it tells us is in what it doesn't show. Namely, there's no sign of Mads Mikkelsen, who's playing Galen Erso, hero Jyn's father and the architect behind the Death Star's superweapon. We know very little about his place in the plot, and that he's not here means Gareth Edwards probably has some pretty major reveals he's hiding away. My bet is still that he's the actual goal of the film's plan-stealing mission, knowing the key to finding the space station's schematics.

34. Jedha
Here's an areal look at "Jedi Mecca" Jedha, an overgrown town that serves as the focal point for Force fascination in a post-Order 66 galaxy. It was only briefly seen in the teaser, but following on from enlightening details from Star Wars Celebration it's got a much bigger role here and appears to serve as the setting for a major early movie beat.
Notice the big structure to the left, which is somewhat reminiscent of the architecture of the Jedi Temple.
