Emilia Clarke swapped Westeros for a galaxy far, far away this year as Qi'ra in Solo: A Star Wars Story, but she wasn't the only Game of Thrones alumna to appear in the movie.

Despite the fact it's been out a few years and completely dissected by fans, there was a Thrones cameo that seemingly everyone missed, although, in fairness, it would've been more surprising had anyone actually spotted it. Lucasfilm Story Group's Pablo Hidalgo appeared on a recent episode of The Star Wars Show, where he met a familiar looking dog, Saxon.

In Solo, he plays one of the Corellian hounds chasing Han back on his home planet at the start of the movie. In Game of Thrones, though, she's much more important, playing Arya's direwolf Nymeria, who disappeared after just two episodes before making a brief-but-emotional return in Season 7. Hidalgo tweeted:

Trainer Jo Vaughan explained: "He's done this for quite a while. He's done quite a few film jobs. For this particular film, we've trained him to wear a suit so he doesn't look like a dog at all, he looks like another creature entirely."

It might not be the lead role, but Saxon certainly gives an excellent pawformance.
