The first trailer for FOOL'S GOLD has hit the web and sadly it screams of Andy Tennant's last movie HITCH, instead of something along the same lines as SAHARA and NATIONAL TREASURE. From the outset, it looks to be just another bickering couple movie with the sub-plot of finding the lost treasure just tagged on, instead of being at the forefront of the story. And the thing is they have done this shit before. Although I'll admit they have great chemistry together, I don't particularly wanna see a re-run of Hudson and McConaughey in HOW TO LOSE AS GUY IN 10 DAYS. Hopefully there's more of the stuff from the second half of the trailer in this flick's final cut, otherwise it will be a tiresome affair. Also, fingers crossed Ray Winstone and Donald Sutherland get more screentime too. CLICK HERE TO SEE THE TRAILER FOOL'S GOLD opens in February.
