What if The Dark Knight Rises was made in the 90's and by the DC Animated team....
Batman on Film website must know the fantastic 90's show Batman: The Animated Series like the back of his hand because only a few days after The Dark Knight Rises trailer was released and here he has come up with a terrific homage to Nolan's teaser using only clips from the animated show! He's called it "The Dark Knight Rises... BTAS Style" and it hits every single mark. I've just watched it back to back with the real trailer and it's scary how much it works. I remember somebody doing something similar with The Dark Knight Trailer using clips from Tim Burton's Batman and that eerily worked too. Maybe Nolan all along is the Quentin Tarantino of the Batman universe and is just stealing shots from all over the place!! Watch it below and be amazed;
