10 Disappointing Games That Tricked Us With Brilliant Trailers

Every year gamers are surrounded by breathtaking trailers of what are assumed to be incredible games. Whether it is a live-action trailer, made of in-game footage, a game-play demo, or full blown CG greatness, developers know just what to do to get us gamers excited. However, when you finally get your anxious hands on the finished product, it is sometimes a far cry from that incredible trailer you watched just months earlier. Maybe it comes down to a level you saw in the trailer that you can't wait to tackle yourself, only to realize it is not in the game, or perhaps it's a CG trailer that totally misrepresents the game and you feel cheated by the final product. Whatever the case may be, we have all been hyped up by trailers only to be let down by the actual game. The crime is apparently as frequent as it is disappointing, and as such, there are a significant number of games that tricked us into thinking they would be great with trailers that were no more than flagrant misrepresentation...
