It's finally here! After so much time it's finally here. If you're anything like the other 20 million people who have been playing The Sims since the very first game, you'll be equally excited that The Sims 4 is finally out and ready to play. And it's been out for a couple of days now, enough time to gather some first impressions, to marshall some thoughts and to read some other people's reviews to see if you're really getting what you should be getting. Well, it's not great news. Yes you got exactly what you should be getting. Unfortunately what you got is not what you expected. Maxis have been high flyers for twenty-odd years, one of the most stable companies in the entire industry. Apart from the small hiccup of being bought wholesale by worst company in the world, EA (not exactly their title, but it's pretty close to the 'Worst Company In The US', which they did win, multiple times). So the reason they've delivered The Sims 4 in the state they did is baffling. Beyond the obvious flaws, it seems EA has finally used their dark powers to corrupt the soul of Maxis completely, and frankly, there aren't a lot of nice words about those companies further in this article, so in the unlikely scenario you do happen to be an employee of either behemoth, you may want to give this article a skip... Cause The Sims 4 is awful...
