12 Upcoming Video Game Movies That Could Destroy Tomb Raider
Mario has to be Certified Fresh, right?
It says a lot about video game movies that, despite scoring a middling 50%-ish approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the new Alicia Vikander-starring Tomb Raider movie is now the best-reviewed video game adaptation of all time.
Narrowly beating out Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (45%) and The Angry Birds Movie (44%), Tomb Raider's "success" is something of a backhanded compliment, considering that half of critics didn't much care for it and, well, it's really just OK at best.

If not one of these dozen movies can show Tomb Raider how it's really done, then these movies really are cursed after all...
