E3 2015 - Check Out Mass Effect: Andromeda's First Trailer
Bioware lean away from a 'proper' sequel for something different.
the leaked details that released a few months ago, and now that the official in-motion trailer alludes to a faster Mako, customisable armour and an entire galaxy of content - they seem spot on. The trailer itself actually shows precious little in terms of gameplay, but the devil is in the details - and who doesn't love trying to speculate and pick apart every last morsel of teaser footage out there? We can see exploration is a strong focus this time around, as is driving the new Mako (being the one in the first game was a far slower model than what's shown here) - but most importantly... there's a new Mass Effect coming. Forget the haters, embrace the love you once (or still) had for gaming's greatest sci-fi franchise, and let's just revel in the fact there's a highly skilled team of programmers looking to prove themselves all over again with one of the best-written sci-fi mythologies in the history of entertainment. What do you make of the teaser? Let us know in the comments, and check out our other E3 coverage for more across the week!

Fans seemingly couldn't decide in the run-up to this year's E3, but finally after a working title of Mass Effect 4 for about a year (last year's E3 saw a very brief teaser with some fancy-looking prototype footage), now the latest sequel is handily named 'Andromeda'. It essentially allows Bioware to completely divert attention away from the ending of ME3, alongside all the DLC-focussed negative press they received in response. If you've been keeping up with everything Mass Effect-related you'll know about
