Thanks to the annual scramble that comes with any emerging talent, the biggest team in the Premier League inevitably adopt an agenda of bringing in the best young talents before they hit their peaks, in order to avoid paying premium prices. Teams such as Arsenal and now Newcastle United actively look for those talents before their rivals, in order to steal a march, and both teams adopt a policy of selling those players on for increased profit as they mature into their potential. In FIFA 13 career mode, very little beats the thrill of discovering a teenage gem, with huge potential and a comparatively low asking price, and it is a skill that any player looking to build a dynasty at their chosen club must try and bring into their locker. Scouting is all well and good, and it can be good fun, but getting an immediate return from a player you know is going to be a big talent for your team, or finding out the players who will bring the biggest return in terms of realised potential and potential financial return from any future deal is even more valuable to some players. Age: 17 Club: Ajax Position: RW Current Ability: 67 Potential: 85 A Danish wonder-kid, playing at Ajax at the age of just 17, and with both the ability to play anywhere across the front - predominantly on the wings - and massive potential (a potential uplift of 18 overall rating points or so), Andersen is a future star of the world game, and one who shouldn't cost an arm and a leg for players looking to bring in a fast and tricky winger. Thanks to that potential, and his low age, Andersen's value should increase massively on the necessary fee to bring him in.
