Each year, FIFA's official World XI is released to a wall of criticism, with usually one or two obvious omissions in the list to make way for others, and EA's game series is no different. World XI and Classic XI squads have been around for years, and while they're not the most important aspects of the game, it's always nice to test to current best players in the world against some of the finest names in footballing history. FIFA managed to squeeze an awards ceremony into January between its vast and widespread corruption operations, though yet again there were players who unjustly found themselves in the side while others missed out. It's very hard to judge because while the XI is usually made up of Real Madrid and Barcelona stars, some could argue that the Premier League is tougher and therefore players can't dominate in the same way. Forgetting all of this though, FIFA still included Ligue 1 defenders David Luiz and Thiago Silva in their team, despite the former playing a key part in Brazil's 7-1 humiliation against Germany in the World Cup. So what should the starting World XI look like for FIFA 16 on the regular mode when the new game comes around, and what about the bench?
