Congratulations. By clicking on this article it's clear you have purchased Football Manager 2016 and for that I commend you. Note. If you're here by accident then now is the time to leave and the previous compliment written in the first line of the intro has been subsequently withdrawn. Right. You have installed FM16, created your manager profile and taken over at one of Europe's finest clubs. You've met your staff, had a tactical conversation with your skipper and no doubt told your wide-eyed assistant manager that he's in charge of all the friendlies and opposition advice. Now it's time for you to click the scouting magnifying glass and revise the endless market of wonderkids, bargains, twenty-finishers (Lukas Podolski again) and the transfer-listed grumps. Now, that can take time. So luckily for you, I have trawled through the slick, endearing and deliciously designed FM16 (Beta Version) interface to find the players that you simply must buy. Every. Time. Before you jot down these talented individuals I must explain something. Obviously players such as Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Eden Hazard and Robert Lewandowski are not on the list because if you're not already aware of their greatness then you should uninstall Football Manager 2016 RIGHT NOW. The names I have found are a lot more left-field but can certainly do a job at the very top level and will give your side an immediate boost. Please note that the information in this article has been taken from the Football Manager 2016 Beta Version. The full version of the game will be released on November 13th, 2015.
20. Riechedly Bazoer
Club: Ajax Age: 19 Estimated Cost: £15.5 million Position: Defensive Midfielder Riechedly Bazoer is by no means the finished article but he's one of the most exciting talents on Football Manager 2016. His natural position is the Regista role and it's extremely difficult to find players who can specialise in that exact position. If you want to take a chance on Bazoer at the beginning of the game then expect to pay around £15 million as he is a highly-rated 19-year-old but if you attempt to sign him three or four years down the line (when he has developed into a world beater) then you you're looking at around £35 million. My advice is to get the midfielder as early as possible and monitor his development carefully as he casually turns into the next Yaya Toure. The Ajax starlet has made 26 senior appearances for the club and scored one goal.
