Journey Release Date Announced

The PSN game will be released on March 13th in the US and in Europe on March 14th.

Journey, one of the more anticipated PSN games finally has a release date. The game will be released on the PSN March 13th in the US and in Europe on March 14th. Journey is being developed by thatgamecompany, the same people who made the award winning game Flower. Journey centers around a cloaked character who is trying to reach the top of a mountain in the far off distance. The game can be downloaded on the PSN for $14.99 US. Here is how the developers describe the game:

"...interactive parable, an anonymous online adventure to experience a person's life passage and their intersections with others, Our team is very close to our own mountaintop; we are just a few short weeks away from letting the world experience what we've poured our hearts and souls into these last three years. I can't describe how eager we are to let everyone finally play the game and hear about your experiences with it."

This is one of my most anticipated games of the year, Journey looks like a experience that can only be had in video games and may be one of the most unique games to be released in a long time. Hopefully Journey will live up to all the huge expectations that have been built up around it.
