Prior to that, Fightful Select have come through with a bunch of details on the project.

Unfortunately, it sounds like some notable wrestlers are going to be left out of the game. While AEW currently employs over 100 wrestlers, Fight Forever's roster size is around 50. Downloadable content has been brought up but there's currently no word on whether or not it will actually happen.

Names confirmed for the game so far include Sting, CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole, and Ruby Soho. Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, and Jungle Boy had been featured in previous gameplay reveals. On top of this, Bodyslam have confirmed that Owen Hart will be in the game, furthering the AEW/Owen Hart Foundation partnership announced last September.

AEW and developers Yuke's still have plenty of work to do on Fight Forever, which didn't have a release date at the time of writing. Specifically, Fightful mention the character models as an area for improvement.
