For all the hype surrounding the game's literally unfathomable scale (quintillions of planets, is it? Or is it kajillions? Let's just say sh*tloads), not many of us really know what to do in No Man's Sky.

Once again however, your ship comes to the rescue. The Day One Patch for the game has boosted your ship inventory space five-fold - that is, you can keep five times the amount of a particular resource in a single slot.

To transfer materials over to your ship, highlight it in your inventory when you're near your ship, and hold Triangle.
