PS4 Slim: 8 Ultimate Wishlist Features It Must Have

It's a new dawn, it's a new day... now where's the backwards compatibility?!

Can you believe it's fast approaching two years since the PS4 first dropped into your lap? It's definitely not been an easy ride for neither Sony or Microsoft, being they've essentially been coasting on the popularity of the last generation, the Xbox One being down for the count only to ditch the Kinect and return a newer and more focussed beast, and the PS4 doubling down on that infinite pool of nostalgia thousands have for their older hardware. However, with such an amount of time passed and Sony's own circuit-weaving boffins hard at work developing newer refined versions of what's already on shelves, it's inevitable a Slim version of the PS4 will be announced some time soon. The first PS3 Slim was released almost exactly three years after the original bread bin-sized model, and although that means you'd then be holding out until 2016 to see the newest PS4, it doesn't stop us compiling an ultimate wishlist of features that should be included when it finally drops. It goes without saying the PS4 itself is absolutely dominating the competition, with Sony themselves announcing they've topped 22 million units as of March, and heavyweight developer Ubisoft mentioning their sales on PS4 are 2.5 times that of the Xbox One. That said, if Sony are going to continue their reign at the top, they really need to take notice of the many requests their huge fanbase continue to put out, as some of these have been demanded since day one.
