Getting the WWE superstars' ratings accurate in their showpiece games every year is an unenviable task for 2K Sports. World Wrestling Entertainment is a machine that is constantly moving, a machine that never stands still due to a number of reasons. More often than not the WWE Universe gets what it wants, eventually. Daniel Bryan is a fine example of this where the powers that be saw the reaction he was getting from crowds all over the world and capitalised on his popularity. They teased fans over a seven month period in a tactic that is known as a slow burn. Bryan had to fight against adversity despite the growing discontent in arenas all around the world. In the end WWE played it pitch perfect and gave Bryan the fitting sendoff of sorts at WrestleMania XXX as they put the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on him. In the games, ratings wise, Bryan's ascension to the top of the card in the real-life WWE ring has been adequately represented in this alternative reality. In 2012 the leader of the Yes Movement was given a mere 85, rating him the same as the likes of Kofi Kingston, Jack Swagger and one less than Sin Cara of all people. A year later, with his momentum in the main event scene gathering pace, D-Bry was upped to a 91 with just a handful of superstars getting a higher ranking. Last year the rise continued as Mr Brie Bella was upped again and given a 92. This year, Bryan's status as a main event player, and one of the top stars in the world, was confirmed as the second best superstar on the game with a 94. Arguably, Bryan's career over the past couple of years has made it easy for 2K Sports to get his rating right, here are 10 superstars that have more contentious scorings when you consider their fortunes in the ring.
