WWE 2K16 Shooting TNA Wrestler For Motion Capture

TNA star in WWE 2K16?

WWE 2K16 will feature motion capture taken from TNA's Low Ki. It is normal for 2K to contract non-WWE wrestlers for mo-cap purposes, as WWE wrestlers tend to be too busy on the road. Only Cesaro, Paul Heyman and a few other WWE employees did motion capture for WWE 2K15. Low Ki posted the above photo on his Instagram account, with the headline "Meanwhile, on the other side of the start button.." You can see the 2K logo on his bodysuit and the points for the motion capture computer to pick up on. He didn't explicitly confirm it was WWE 2K16 he's working on, but it is hardly likely to be NBA 2K16. He's almost certainly modelling for 2K's next WWE title. He used to work in WWE as Kaval, but is currently back as Low Ki in TNA. His motion capture role is nothing to do with WWE, he's simply serving as a model while 2K capture wrestler movements for the upcoming WWE 2K16 game. WWE 2K16 is likely to follow a similar pattern to last year. The hype machine will fire up in the spring, with the first pictures and video coming in the summer. The game itself is likely to fall in October. The fact that 2K are starting preparation so early is very encouraging.
