WWE 2K22: 11 AEW CAWs You Must Download

2K weren't kidding when they said CAWs would be top quality. These AEW creations are must-have!

AEW's forthcoming video game is either going to be a breath of fresh air alternative to WWE's output, or a crummy misstep that flops. There's rarely any in-between for pro wrestling games - 2K know that better than most. Their most recent title is earning rave reviews compared to the dire 2K20 disaster.

Can't wait to get your hands on All Elite's first game? You don't need to. The wonderful (and often wacky) Community Creations tab on the WWE side is already rammed full of amazing AEW CAWs that you simply must get your paws on.

The download numbers are rocketing up for some of these models, and rightfully so.

Better yet, 2K22's new gameplay engine and approach to in-ring action means it's perfect for AEW's wrestling-over-sports-entertainment vibe. Honestly, download the right characters, grab a custom-made arena for Dynamite/Rampage/Double Or Nothing and you'll have the kind of back-and-forth battles that'd make Tony Khan weep tears of joy.

Behold the 11 best AEW creations that you need to download as soon as humanly possible. There's a nice mix of champions and former WWE faves in there too...

Download Darby Allin > set up a TLC match or 'Backstage Brawl' > jump off of high things. That's really all you need to know here! Seriously though, KisaragiTV's effort is well worth your time. Best of all, the download comes with a sharp-suited alt attire for Darbs that's great for cutscenes in Universe Mode.

There are other Allin CAWs out there, but this is the best by a long, long way. Although the face isn't bang on, his paints kinda mask that. Besides, this Darby looks banging from a distance, and that's really all that matters once the bell rings.
