Foo Fighters: 10 Incredible Tracks You've Probably Never Heard

Sure you know Best Of You and Learn To Fly, but what of the rest?

Currently restoring all of our collective faith in the music industry one performance at a time, Dave Grohl and his Foo Fighters' Sonic Highways TV show and album is a passion-project custom-built to prove exactly why rock music can be some of the most affecting and powerful of all time. The Foos have built a remarkably vast back-catalogue over the years too, with some surprisingly heavy and raucous tracks thrown in amongst the bigger stadium-fillers that made them a household name. For the most part though, they're a band that's initially recognised thanks to these truly phenomenal lead singles; where if you asked someone to name one it would end up being something like Learn to Fly, All My Life, Best of You etc. not the numerous hidden gems they've got tucked away across all seven studio albums. Being one of those bands helmed by a guy like Grohl who on a particularly hot day sweats enough creative juice to birth a string of number one hits, they're easily qualifiable as a gifted group where these tracks can be a perfect jumping-off point if you've like what you've heard so far. So, as Sonic Highways will no doubt make thousands of people want to check out more rock music in general alongside the band themselves, it's about time their wider discography got a mention too.
