Stephen King is and always has been many different things to many different people. Some call him the weird guy. Others call him the horror guy. Many more call him a master, or more specifically, the greatest storyteller of our time. To people like me, he€™s all of these things. We€™re his constant readers and we refer to him as Uncle Stevie. It€™s not as if King has gone anywhere or faded from memory but right now it almost feels like some sort of comeback because he€™s everywhere. Last month, he released another masterpiece in Joyland and he€™ll be publishing his sequel to The Shining in September, called Dr. Sleep. That€™s quite the slate for someone approaching retirement age. He€™s not done though, is he? CBS has just begun airing the adaptation of his novel, Under The Dome and in case you haven€™t heard, it€™s a big hit. So yeah, Stephen King is huge right now. What we€™ve decided to do here in honor of Uncle Stevie€™s big year is revisit his works. His novels, specifically and pick the ten very best of his extensive and illustrious career.
